While I was working at home one evening, I noticed the skies outside slowly beginning to catch some color. I had high hopes that there might be a good sunset that night, so I packed up my gear and hopped on my motorcycle. Off I went, in search of some compositions before the sun inevitably dropped below the horizon. There have a been a couple locations that I had been going to a lot lately, so I tried to explore some different scenes that I hadn’t captured before. I finally decided to search for some wide-open fields that might offer a good view of the sunset. After around a half hour of searching, I found this field. Once I got my composition and lined up the shot, the skies began to light up with a fiery red color and the scene ended up being perfect. Later on, after I was done shooting and arrived home, I processed the image with some boosted contrast, colors, and luminary elements to really add to the atmosphere of the shot. This was the final result.
